As a reminder to families, Thursday, May 29 will be a minimum day with a 12:20 dismissal for all students. 8th-grade students should return to campus by 5:15pm that evening to line up in the proper order for the promotion ceremony.
Promotion will begin promptly at 6pm in Hugh Center Court on Thursday, May 29. All family members are welcome to attend. No tickets will be issued - seats are available on a first come first served basis. Previous' years experiences indicate that parking is problematic. We encourage you to come in groups and find parking close to the school and walk.
A professional photographer will take a picture of each student as they receive their promotion certificate. We ask that parents and family members not block the aisles or the front of the stage area to take photos.
The promotion party begins 15 minutes after the end of the promotion ceremony and will end at 11pm that same night.
